Major areas of specialization have been complex commercial disputes, anti-trust, employment, product liability/personal injury/high risk medical malpractice/wrongful death, insurance, professional liability, environmental, intellectual property, and white collar criminal matters. Additional experience in environmental and slander/defamation.

 

Areas of expertise include overall trial strategy and theme development, witness evaluation and preparation, development of juror profiles, formulation of voir dire, questions and pre-trial juror questionnaires, analysis of prospective jurors, case risk analysis, and demonstrative exhibit preparation.
